The Marines' recommendation to administratively discharge Stein came after a 13-hour hearing and an hour of deliberation by the panel. ...

Chinese company denies claim of hacking attack

(Reuters) - A Chinese defense contractor on Saturday denied that documents posted to the Web by a computer hacker came from an intrusion of the company, as the hacker said in public statements and interviews with Reuters. China National Electronics Import & Export Corp, known as CEIEC, called the reports "totally groundless, highly subjective and defamatory" in a statement posted to its English-language website. ...

Spending on TV ads is forecast to reach historic levels in 2012 ahead of the U.S. presidential election, as candidates blanket airwaves with commercials promoting their virtues or bashing their opponents. ...

AOL's shares jumped 37 percent to $25.16 in trading before the bell on Monday. They closed at $18.42 on Friday on the New York Stock Exchange. The Internet company said it plans to return a "significant portion of the sale proceeds" to shareholders. ...
