Where shall we move the Facebook patch repository Is github easier to manage

Where shall we move the Facebook patch repository? launchpad was used because official MySQL code uses it. But launchpad makes it hard to control spam. I can't delete questions and blueprints and I need to post a question to Launchpad each time I want to report spam.
