Manchester based solutions specialist, ConvergeOne, has signed Napthens Solicitors as the latest of its legal customers in a large deal for Data Centre and Disaster Recovery.
The deal cements ConvergOne’s expertise in the legal sector, coming on the back of a network upgrade and installation project for Manchester law firm Pannone LLP.
ConvergeOne was asked to evaluate solutions for a previously outsourced Data Centre recommending a fully managed in house, private Data Centre. The solution, which will be implemented later this year, will encompass VMWare, NetApp, Citrix and Cisco.
A critical aspect for Napthens was to be assured of high service and support levels. As such, ConvergeOne complimented the core offering with a proactive managed service agreement, which will ensure the swift resolution of any future issues.
Napthens, a leading Lancashire legal practice, employs 200 people across 4 sites providing a range of legal services for both businesses and individuals. Anthony Terry, IT Director commented, “This project represents a critical part of our business and it was imperative that we work with market leading technologies and technology partners. Although it’s early days in the project, ConvergeOne has delivered outstanding results at all levels.”
Mark Johnson, MD ConvergeOne said about the win:
“We were up against tough competition for the Napthens business and winning this new client is a great start to the year. Bringing the datacenter in house made sense for Napthens and we’re partnering with the industry’s best in breed providers to make sure that their new Data Center is efficient, secure and improves their business processes.”
