HotDocs Corporation Surpasses the 1-Million User Mark Software vendor now has presence in 29 countries

HotDocs Corporation today announced that it currently has over 1 million users and is doing business in 29 different countries, including the USA, the UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, and Singapore. The million-user milestone was achieved late last year as a flurry of large deals was finalized.
“In the last two quarters of 2011, we closed deals with one of the world’s largest legal / accounting publishers, Thomson Reuters; one of the world’s largest banks; one of the world’s largest insurance companies; and the US Attorneys, a division of the US Department of Justice, which alone purchased 15,000 licenses,” commented Leonard DuCharme, Chief Strategy Officer for HotDocs Corporation. “The reason for our success is simple. HotDocs is the big brand in the market. We offer the most powerful, flexible document and form generation software available anywhere, and enterprises that need industrial-grade document generation technology really only have one choice.”
Recently, HotDocs solidified its status as the market leader by launching HotDocs Document Services, a Software as a Service application that allows for cloud-based document generation on a subscription basis. “Because HotDocs Document Services dramatically lowers the cost of ownership while streamlining the process of getting information out of the client’s head and into a document,” commented DuCharme, “HotDocs will continue to increase the distance between itself and other vendors in its space.”
